Cancellation of Services
a. Client Initiated Cancellations: If the client cancels a contract with 3rd Shade, the company does not adhere to any policies of returning or refunding any amount once it is received from the client.
b. Company Initiated Cancellations: 3rd Shade reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or changes in project scope.

Refund Policy
Once payment is received, 3rd Shade does not offer refunds in any case.

Force Majeure
3rd Shade shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
